For 300 years Bayou wetlands of Southern Louisiana have been the heart if the sugarcane country- rum country. At Bayou rum distillery we handcraft our rum in small copper pot stills from a proprietary molasses recipe sources from a local single estate, followed by a careful barrel aging and blending process. The result are premium craft aged rums with distinct Louisiana smoothness and character.
